“My cellmate converted the poem, “Genetic Engineering” (Oct. ’10) into a cool ‘rap’ song with a great message.”
January 2012 – Grace & Truth Magazine
My cellmate is a young Hispanic with musical background. He read the UpLook poem, “Genetic Engineering: Nothing New” (Oct. ’10) and soon converted it into a cool ‘rap’ song with a great gospel message. If we can get ourselves together, we intend to present it at a special church-night talent show. Thanks for the free subscription. I share it with several in the jail. — USA
God always uses your magazine to point to specific areas in my life that need redressing. Any of my relatives and friends that lay hands on copies never return them, and in this way I lose many priceless articles. A uniqueness of the magazine is that what you read in it today changes you today, and then keeps you renewed ever after. May His grace keep you going. — Nigeria
I don’t know how to express my joy on reading G&T Magazine. It has helped me to grow spiritually, and it also impacts others with whom I share it. I cannot say how many times the Lord has talked to me personally through your articles. Reading them is like feasting at a banquet table! Thank you very much for this rich blessing. Please don’t drop me from your mailing list. — Myanmar
Your Features on the greatest commandment (J/A ’10) expose some of the error present in some Nigerian churches. It can be summed up in this statement: “Our enemies must die!” Your articles have enlightened me to the truth of this commandment of love. Continue with your good work. — Nigeria
I request that you continue to send me the much cherished Grace & Truth Magazine. I have used the magazine in teaching, preaching and counselling sessions for several years now. Please also send me gospel tracts for free distribution to primary, secondary and college students. — Kenya
Thank you for sending me the May issue of your magazine. I read the conclusion of the Series, “Does God Heal All Our Sicknesses” (May ’10). I am a witness to the fact that God heals people today. Luke 4:27 says that there were many lepers but only Naaman was cleansed. It is His will to do as He pleases. His mercy and grace are there for those that call upon Him. — Nigeria
