“Your magazines are like light bulbs in a dark room.”
November 2011 – Grace & Truth Magazine
I just read the October 2010 issue. I read it from cover to cover and then added it to my office collection of magazines for customers. I really appreciated the Issues article “Islam Unveiled” – a great explanation of the contrast between Islam and Christianity. It was concise, and very understandable. I especially found the gentle approach, of the last segment on reaching Muslims for Christ, excellent. Thank all the staff for addressing current issues in the magazine. — USA
I wish to forward to you immediately my new address so as to keep on enjoying communication with you. Your magazines are like light bulbs in a dark room. They give much comforting spiritual illumination. — Nigeria
Yours is such a wonderful, spiritual magazine for people around the world. Each issue gives me more knowledge of God’s Word. Your You Asked article on tattoos (J/A ’10) is factual and is an appropriate answer to the question asked. May God continue to guide you as you seek to speak to us on His behalf. — Nigeria
I’ve just finished reading your Series about the question, “Does God Heal All Our Sicknesses” (Apr.-May ’10). For years I was in a denomination that preached divine healing exclusively. What I saw was a lot of disappointment and departure from the faith because people weren’t healed. Your Series is very biblical and balanced. For me the key word in the title of the article is “all.” The group I was with emphasized that God did heal all illnesses, all we had to do was “ask believing.” I’m sure that Paul “asked believing” (2 Cor. 12:7-10) when he prayed three times for his thorn to be removed. But it wasn’t. Instead of healing, God gave him something better – His grace. When I saw this I left that denomination, and now I’m using your Series to help others. — USA
The two-part Series, “Does God Heal All Our Sicknesses” (Apr.- May ’10) really upset me. The writer is either ignorant of Scripture or it is false teaching on healing. Write me if you want, but I will not listen to you, nor will I ever read G&T again. — USA
