“Your Series on David has helped me so much to better understand God and David.”
September 2010 – Grace & Truth Magazine
I very much appreciated the Feature articles about Paul, especially the one about his missionary calling (Feb. ’09). I am using your magazine always in my preaching and teaching ministries. You are in my prayers. — Myanmar
I have been blessed by your magazine since 1999. I always read all of it. Sometimes I think your writers are writing just for me, especially the Family articles about Hosea and Gomer (Nov. ’08-Jan. ’09). God taught me so much through the life of this obedient servant. — Ethiopia
We were disappointed by the Family article on remarriage (Sept. ’09). The implication was that divorce and remarriage are acceptable for God’s people, but this is untrue. The article’s foundation rests more on sociology than Scripture, and using Nehemiah as an example shows how hard-pressed the author is to find biblical support for his teaching. The article displays a lack of discernment, and is going to alienate readers who expect better things from G&T.— England
I am so thankful for your Family article on divorce and remarriage (Sept. ’09). You will be criticized for taking up a topic that many consider sinful, but for those of us who have suffered the pain of divorce, it’s good to be reassured that God still loves us, and is there to help us as we struggle with the future. — USA
Your magazine is a source of great knowledge and encouragement. My favorite article since getting the magazine has been the Feature, “Finding The Way” (Nov. ’08), as it challenged me to look to God for my direction. — Nigeria
I am so thankful that the Lord has dedicated your team to publishing a magazine that is an excellent study/teaching tool. I look forward to each edition as each one changes and recharges me. Please thank all the staff. — USA
I have always been critical of David, because of his ugly dealing with Uriah’s family. For years I’ve wondered how the Bible could refer to him as “a man after God’s own heart.” Your Series on David (Dec. ’07-Nov. ’08) has helped me so much to better understand God and David. — Nigeria
